Conventional Commercial

Standard commercial mortgages for investment property, owner-occupied commercial, and multi-unit residential. Typically 20–30% down, 15–25 year amortization.

SBA 504 & 7(a)

Small Business Administration loans for owner-occupied commercial real estate. As low as 10% down, longer amortization, competitive fixed rates. Ideal for business owners buying their own building.

Bridge Financing

Short-term bridge loans for time-sensitive acquisitions, value-add repositioning, or transitional assets. Useful when conventional financing isn't available or fast enough.

No-Tax-Return Programs

DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) loans and bank statement programs that qualify borrowers based on property income or business revenue — not tax returns. Excellent for self-employed buyers and investors.

Islamic Finance

Sharia-compliant Murabaha and Diminishing Musharakah structures for buyers who need to avoid riba (interest). Available for both residential and commercial property.

VA Loans

VA financing for eligible veterans purchasing residential investment property (up to 4 units) as a primary residence. 0% down payment. We coordinate with VA-approved lenders throughout our network.
